Montreal city council votes to delay discussions on police body camera

An opposition motion to introduce body cameras for Montreal police officers has been shelved for now. While the Plante administration hasn’t ruled out equipping officers with the cameras, it seems costs and technology are stumbling blocks. Global’s Dan Spector explains.
